职位描述
Responsibilities
Implement related facility policies and procedures in order to guide employee's work and improve section efficiency.
Allocate target to subordinates and monitor their performance to meet segment's annual goal and target.
Lead move activities and other CIP programs in section.
Collect all machine problems and analyzed, then improve preventive maintenance.
Perform daily inspection along with the production line.
Review demand and WIP of all process, and together define or adjust the daily production plan with planner.
Bottleneck process analysis, participating in monthly/weekly DCC.
Ensure output, track on time delivery.
Responsible for EHS on own section and strictly follow legal requirement and Schaeffler regulation.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in metal materials.
More than five years working experience in production management experience with more than 30 team members.
Be able to read, write and speak in English,.
Good presentation and report skills.
Proficient in Microsoft software.
