测试工程师 - Test Engineer

1. Program machine controls for testing

2. Trouble shoot machines when problems occur

3. Program data acquisition and analysis

4. Understand machine electrical drawings

5. Knowledge of PLC ladder logic

6. Knowledge of servo drive / motor tech/ sensors/LVDT/Torque cell/load cell.

7. Knowledge of HMI program (AB panel view, etc)

8. Knowledge of Lab view program.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

1. Engineering degree in Automation Control is required

2. Good problem solving skill, planning skill, and technical learning ability

3. Communication & reporting skills in English, resource management and good team work, manage conflict.

4. Familiar with mechine design.

5. Familiar with all kind of standard control circuit design, be able to design control circuit as required.Familiar with electric installation standard.

6. Familiar with common instruments and transduces theory and application,be able to finish the instruments/transducers selection and setup.

7. Familiar with DAQ theory and common methods/tools, good at setup DAQ hardware/software as required.

8. Familiar with computer hardware/software,good at computer system operations, be able to modify/setup system configurations, good at computer trouble shooting.

Experience:

1. 5-10 years’ experience in industrial machine controls with emphasis on electrical highly preferred

2. Technical experience or background in Manufacturing engineer& Controls Engineer is highly preferred.
