Job Accountabilities:
1. Familiarize with the market attributes and able to spot the client’s business preference.
2. Lead or conduct supplier negotiation and management, assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network to meet customers’ expectation.
3. Manage and handle product development, production and vendors sourcing upon dynamic business needs.
4. Establish professional relationships and negotiate the best offer with customers and others potential sales prospects.
5. Collect market information and trend and recommend needs for new product development initiatives to maximize the business opportunities through daily.
6. Execute efficiently by critical path management on multiple business project.
7. Settle disputes between clients and vendors on claims or difficulties while keeping their good business relationship.
8. Lead and manage the team to achieve business objectives.
9. Identify current problems, foresee pitfalls and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow.
10. Proactively support and work closely with Client Director and other Parties for quality support to clients.
11. Monitor and review the business performance to determine effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
1. University or above
2. 7 years of solid merchandising experience, include 3 year’s managerial role.
3. Exposure to US market (preferred.)
4. Self-motivated with a strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
5. Well organized, proactive and with strong sourcing, price negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in English & Chinese
