为项目经理提供机电方面的支持和评估；

Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection.

在机电设备选型时，评估全生命周期成本；

?Manage MEP design quality provided by designer.

管控设计师提供的机电设计方案的质量；

Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol.

建立机电检查核对表和草案；

Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan.

制定测试与调试策略。检查和批准测试与调试计划；

Prepare technical document for tendering.

为招标准备技术文件；

Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design.

与成本经理合作，检查和进行机电设计变更；

Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required.

能够按项目组和客户的要求就机电工程提供建议和支持工作；

Verify construction progress and quality.

检验施工过程及施工质量；

Be able to implement the market best practice in green building design and construction.

能够在绿色建筑设计建造中实现行业***实践；

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

Bachelor’s degree. Major in electrical engine or project management.

本科以上学历，工程或项目管理专业；

3+ years experiences in IDC HVAC engineer experience.

3年以上数据中心暖通专业工程管理经验；

Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation.

熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规；

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

优秀的组织能力并关注细节；

Has on-site experience.

有现场工作经验；

Be able to multitask and manage priorities.

具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力；

Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need.

能够前瞻性地发现工作需要；

Be able to adopt change according to company business plan.

能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化；

Good English, both spoken and written.
