Position: Generalist, Client Services Mid-Cap & SME (Assoc. ~ Snr. Assoc., IBG)
Principal Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries as well as preparing respective reports.
- Prepare financial spreadsheets, credit proposal appendix package and facility letter to customers.
- Provide support to Relationship Manager in credit facility activation, daily utilization, and post-loan monitoring.
- Provide general clerical assistance including typing, faxing, inputting, filing, etc. as required.
- Provide administration support to Relationship Manager in opening, account maintenance, KYC/KYB conduction, closing, debiting, crediting, correcting errors, and constantly liaising with the ops dept and customer.
- Ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.
- Other affairs such as report coordination, team admin support assigned by Relationship Manager / Team Lead.
Job Dimensions
- To provide customer service support and handle basic customer inquiries.
- To provide analytical and documentation support in processing credit applications.
- To provide management support by preparing management and business reports where required.
Education and Relevant Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in banking field or Financial Institution preferred.
- At least bachelor’s degree, prefer Finance/Economic major.
- Good knowledge of banking products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result and customer oriented.
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressures.
- Effectively manages relationships with all working parties.
- Positive attributes to Teamwork.
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in MS office, including in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
