Responsibilities

1. Providing technical proposals and quote…etc, sales support to sales representatives

2. Provide product technical consultancy and supports on project job basis to sales team by fully understand the product applications, customer requirements and competitive product positioning

3. Coordinate Non-standard evaluation work with cross functional team from end-to-end

4. Connect with factory contacts to provide technical clarifications and quotes to sales team

5. Co-visit customer with sales and provide necessary on-site support for customer seminar/technical clarification sessions

6. Products technical drawings/documentation support/management

7. Maintain updated knowledge of competitive information (products, prices, activities)

8. Maintain customer files (data base for sales activity and quotations)

9. Other support related to sales

Key Competencies

1. Bachelor degree and above is requited with major in Mechanical, Engineering or equivalent

2. Good computer and software operation skill (Operational knowledge of PC spreadsheet, Excel, and Word processing software)

3. Fluent in 2D/3D drawing software. (AUTO CAD, Creo. Solidworks)

4. Fluent in read, written and spoken English

5. Customer oriented, problem solving and solution mindset. Good communication skills

6. Ability to work projects from start to finish – identifies opportunities and drive execution

7. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and inspire

8. Energetic, passionate, driven, and strong interpersonal skills who works well in a collaborative team environment

9. Must be a team player, quick learner with strong sense of responsibility
