2、坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的工作方针，认真落实上级HSE方针、政策、法律、法规和颁发的安全规程、规章制度；

4、及时搜集、准备各类HSE会议、汇报等所需的资料或数据；

7、参加新建、改建、扩建工程及新产品的设计审核、竣工验收及试运转工作，及环评验收；

8、依据公司考核方案，制定公司环境考核项目，协助落实HSE工作奖惩措施；

9、策划实施公司各类HSE活动项目的推进工作，指导监督HSE工作的有序开展；

10、组织公司级HSE检查，监督、检查隐患的整改工作；

11、按照“四不放过”原则，参与事故的调查、分析、处理、上报等工。

12、负责跟进问题的整改与效果落实工作，推动各工厂HSE问题闭环。
