Job Summary:
The position requires application responsibility of automotive E-compressor in thermal management system including customer interface to gather technical requirements, select the right product in BMTS product portfolio for each application, coordinate internal activities of matching, prototyping, validation and release, solve engineering issues during the product application development stage, etc.
Responsibilities:
61 Learn and master the knowledge of E-compressor products of thermal management system through training and regular meetings.
61 Technical interface between customer and BMTS for automotive applications of E-compressor products, including E-compressor applications in air-conditioning system, Heat pump system.
61 Responsible for general technical presenting and product promoting to customer.
61 Transfer customer requests to BMTS. Lead customer tech SOR analysis inside BMTS and make agreement on tech specification with customers
61 Provide a smooth interchange of ideas and information between managers, engineers, co-workers, and customers.
61 Support Sales for technical communication.
61 Provide technical support on engineering issue solving for customers.
61 Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Educational Background (Language):
61 Bachelor degree or above on Refrigeration engineering, or vehicle engineering, or similar
61 Fluent Chinese and English
Job Relevant Knowledge:
61 Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning compressors.
61 E-compressor, HVAC and thermal management system development.
61 Communication skills and self-management competence
61 Analytical thinking and problem solving competence
Work Experience:
61 At least 3-year experience in automotive air-conditioning compressor company or work as HVAC product engineer in automotive OEMs
61 Flexible but also disciplined; hard working; customer focused and self-motivated
