About our group:
We provide the WW class storage technology to serve the customer which have the needs of data storage, data protection, data recovery, data analysis etc. Focus on the market segments of Traditional IT Solutions, Cloud, Surveillance Solutions and Consumer Storage Solution, etc.
About the role - you will:
1. Drive Seagate HDD/SSD/System business growth to meet company target in term of Rev, Margin and Market Share
2. Developing short and long term account plan to align with country/region plan
3. Build up business/account strategy with solid and executable action plan to deliver company business target
4. Developing and managing account demand, customer forecast and supply by daily/weekly/quarterly
5. Communicating market trends industry dynamic and customer requirements and pain points and translating account business strategy into business plan and driving it
6. Identify and communicate gaps and opportunities between Seagate business/ product/ technical strategy and customer/market direction.
7. Leading customer quarterly business review and executive meetings to maintain/enhance customer relationship/engagement and loyalty to improve Seagate share and customer satisfaction
8. New customer acquisition to ensure the growth of numbers of customer
About you:
1. A successful candidate should have strong teamwork qualities as well as communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
2. Strong execution capability and ability to engage with different level of stakeholders.
3. No excuse attitude and active action
4. Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
Your experience includes:
1. Good at English both on Spoken and Written
2. Office software including word, excel, PPT, etc. skills
3. IT industry experience
4. Proven successful background
