Responsibilities:
1.Management Reports Production
1)Extract data from financial systems to generate monthly management reports (sales analysis, cost reports, expense reports).
2)Maintain standardized templates and ensure data consistency.
3)Support data consolidation from overseas subsidiaries (e.g., customer codes, cost center alignment).
2.Budgeting & Forecasting Support
1)Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting (data collection, combination).
2)Prepare variance analysis reports (actual vs. budget) with key highlights.
3.Automation Project Support & Process Improvement
1)Participate in automation projects (Power BI/Data Warehouse) to develop basic dashboards.
2)Streamline manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor’s in finance/accounting/economics.
2.Experience:
1)5 years in financial reporting/data analysis (manufacturing/trading preferred).
2)Basic knowledge of cost accounting (e.g., standard costing).
3.Skills:
1)Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) / PPT.
2)Power BI/Tableau: Build visualization dashboards independently.
3)English: Fluent in reading/writing and communication.
