Project Manager/项目管理

1. Lead the project team which combine cross function members, Follow PLM process to develop motor related product. To drive and monitor product develop and validation.

2. To organize project team in weekly meeting and do monthly presentation in Ste-CO meeting.

3. To handover product to production smoothly.

4. To cooperate with product Manager to prepare the product sales release and market launch.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Understanding basic motor or mechanical product development and manufacturing process.

2. More than 5 years’ experience in design, manufacturing, or project management.

3. Demonstrate leadership skill for working with people from different background and be able to identify or forecast the risk or issue and correcting it.

What else do I need to know?

1. Have strong experience for project management.

2. Having experience working with international team.

3. Fluent in English spoken.

4. Good communication skill.
