职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Help to achieve sales & profit targets for APAC;
协助Fortress亚太区完成年度销售目标;
2.Responsible for assisting sales and distributors in the pre-sale, sale, and after-sales support;
负责为销售及代理商提供售前、售中及售后支持;
3.Responsible for the tracking of the execution of the orders. Ensure that the orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner according to the requirements of the customers;
负责订单追踪,确保订单按时且准确无误的交付至客户;
4.Responsible for marketing works, including trade shows, advertisements, WeChat, catalogs, website, and media, etc;
协助市场营销工作(包括展会、广告、公众号、样册、网站、媒体等);
5.Under the supervision of internal sales Manager:
在上级经理的监督下完成以下工作内容:
a) Follow up with distributors and sales to collect orders within the APAC region
跟进亚太地区代理商和销售订单获取情况
b) Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and proposals and cases. Assist the external sales team with client follow-ups, product information, and sales documentation.
准备和处理销售订单、报价、方案以及质保。协助销售团队跟进客户,提供产品资料,以及任何客户需要的文件。
c) Follow up the domestic and foreign production order.
跟进国内外生产订单
d) Follow up with distributors and customers to assure on-time payment
跟进代理商和客户确保及时付款
e) Handling of customer complaints and after-sales service
负责处理客诉及提供售后服务
f) Prepare marketing materials in conjunction with the sales
协助销售准备市场文件
g) Any work assigned by the manager
经理分配的任何工作
Qualifications:
1.2-3 years commercial working experience 2-3年商务工作经验,优秀本科毕业生也可
2.College degree in marketing, international trade or related major大专及以上学历
3.Language: Mandarin, English (fluent in speaking and writing);普通话英语听说读写流利
4.Skill: Familiar with the daily Office and design software: Excel, Word, PPT; 熟悉日常办公及设计软件等:Excel、Word、PPT等
5.good at communicating with people; 良好的沟通表达能力,擅长对外沟通与协调
6.Have a strong team work ability, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and initiative具有团队协作精神、抗压能力、灵活性和主观能动性
