职位描述
Responsible for customers/prospects research and cold-calling within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales manager;
根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户或潜在客户,进行电话营销、处理客户的疑问和要求,为客户提供解决方案;
Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales manager;实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;
Organizing or support relative market activities;组织或支持相关市场活动;
Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;确保应收款项的收取。
Undertake Customer Service tasks and responsibilities;履行客户服务的任务和职责;
Undertake any other duties assigned by Sales manager.履行销售经理分配的其他任务。
issuing quotations and preparing documentation;发送报价单及整理相关文件;
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;
Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures.根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况。
职位要求:
Customer service/sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is preferred;
具有体系认证或ISO认证方面的销售经验优先考虑;具备体系方面工作经验/相关咨询公司经验的优先考虑。
Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage;
在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;
College level or above.大专或以上学历。
Commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);以客户为导向的思维模式;
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with potential to develop sales skills;具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧,具有发展销售技巧的潜能;
Hard-working.勤奋;
