Sr Product Engineer (半导体产品工程师）

Principal Accountabilities:

Work on IC NPI and support product qualification

Ensure manufacturability of products in development phase

Take engineering product ownership in production phase

Define and drive commercial products manufacturability, testability and production ramp-up

Continuously improve output, optimizing production yield and throughput

Ensure outgoing quality

Develop new procedures and methodologies for the department

Show technical leadership in project core team and define PENG (Product Engineering) requirements

Qualifications:

2-5 years relevant job experience.

Good knowledge of IC manufacturing flow, technology and methodology.

Good knowledge of IC NPI flow

Systematic way of working and solution-oriented style.

Good knowledge of FA technics.

Good knowledge of yield management, lot release procedures, SYL/SBL/PAT limit setting.

Good knowledge of statistical tools – XLS, JMP, Spotfire.

Programming knowledge, data automation is an advantage.

Automotive knowledge is an advantage.

Experience working with foundries is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills
