船务/单证操作员（服装类）

1. 负责工作分配后相应港口的货物出口业务操作；

Responsible for the cargo export business operation of the corresponding port after work assignment

2. 与货代、报关行沟通，按时完成订舱、协助报关、出货等事宜；

Communicate with freight forwarder and customs broker, complete booking, assist customs declaration, shipment and other matters on time

3. 积极解决出货过程中的各类问题；

Actively solve various problems in the shipping process

4. 负责每周/每月出运数据表格的填写；

Responsible for filling out weekly/monthly shipping data form;

5. 负责整柜项目相关管操作的及时性安排；

Responsible for the timely arrangement of relevant pipe operation of FCL project;

6. 负责出运港口议付单证归档；

Responsible for port of shipment negotiation documents filing

7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other work assigned by the leader.

岗位资质要求：

Job requirements

1、教育背景：大专及以上学历

Education background: College degree or above

2、经 验：1 年以上船务相关领域业务操作经验

Experience: more than 1 year experience in ship-related business operations

3、专业知识：熟悉海/空运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识

Professional knowledge: Familiar with sea/air operation, with documents, freight forwarding, transportation and certain import and export trade knowledge

4、能力与技能：工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神
