质量控制员 QC

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Controller to join our growing China organization. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards by auditing incoming materials, inspect in-process production, judge finished products on-site at our suppliers and record the results. Furthermore, assure an effective and transparent day-to-day communication between Suppliers, Platinum Shanghai and Platinum the Netherlands.

- 跟进客诉产品质量问题改善结果。

- 通过PPM测量减少投诉。

- 对质量检查过程和结果进行记录，保存并维护这些文件记录。

- 协助业务专员核实督促供应商的生产计划，确保交期达成。

- 在外贸订单集装箱发货时，确认产品按订单数量装箱和并保证货物安全固定。

- 协助质量经理开发新产品，包括但不限于 样品进度追踪了解和样品检查。

- 协助准备和更新所需产品数据表，技术参数等资料。

- 协助定期安排对原材料进行第三方委外质量检测。

- 针对客户及质量经理提出投诉的质量缺陷，跟踪供应商改进进度。

- 质量经理安排的其他任务， 并在日常运营中支持质量和产品开发经理

Your main tasks will be :

- Assure a transparent and efficient communication concerning quality matters between suppliers, NPD & Quality manager and Trade Support Officer

- Approve incoming materials, in process production and finished products by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and inform supplier and NPD & Quality manager about any irregularities or defects

- Find root-cause of any irregularities or defects and mediate with supplier

- Follow up on the improvement results of customer complaint quality issues.

- Structural reduction of complaints by PPM measurement

- Document and update inspection results by completing reports

- Verify production schedules follow-up at suppliers to at the request of our own Trade Support Officer

- Verify quantities and safe loading during container loading

- Assist in the development of new products, including but not limited to sample progress tracking and quality inspection.

- Assist in preparing and updating required (product) datasheets. (Techsheets)

- Assist in external quality test for raw materials on a regular basis

- Follow-up quality complaints stated by NPD & Quality manager

- Handle daily requests from the NPD & Quality manager

- Support NPD & Quality manager in day-to-day operations

You must have a responsible attitude, be self-motivated and pro-active. You will be the main communication window between our Quality and Product Development manager and Chinese supplier, so fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese are required. As the current team is small, we expect a flexible attitude.
