固态电池研发工程师 Solid-State Battery R&DEngineer

1.优化全固态电池的高比能正负极关键材料，建立化学体系关键材料在全固态电池中的构效关联，完成正向设计画像;

2.探索创新的化学体系开发，找寻发挥全固态电池独特优势的性材料方案，构筑创新的化学体系;

3.解决全固态电池正负极界面的化学-电化学-结构稳定性问题，形成新型界面改进策略:

4.完成固态电池失效分析，开发固态电池先进表征方法，分析固态电池界面与体相的失效模式、关键因子、并验证核心策略。

1. Optimize key high-energy-density cathode and anode materials for all-solid-state batteries. Establish structure-property correlations of key materials within the chemical system and achieve forward design mapping

2. Explore and develop innovative chemical systems, identifying material solutions that leverage the unique advantages of all-solid-state batteries and building qroundbreaking chemical systems

3. Address issues related to the chemical, electrochemical,and structural stability of the cathode and anode interfaces in all-solid-state batteries, formulating novel interface improvement strategies.

4. Conduct failure analysis of solid-state batteries, develop advanced characterization methods, analyze failure modes and critical factors of interfaces and bulk phases, and validate core strategies.

【任职资格】

1.化学、物理、材料科学与工程、化学工程或其他相关专业的博士学位;

2.全固态电池、锂金属负极、高比能正极相关研究背景优先;

3.有较强的沟通协同能力、人际敏锐度、逻辑思维和团队合作意识;

4.流利的英文读写能力。

1. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields2. Research experience in all-solid-state batteries, lithium-metal anodes, or high-energy-density cathodes ispreferred.

3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal sensitivity, logical reasoning, and a solid teamspirit.

4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
