Senior Merchandiser - Beauty

Product：Hair accessories, cosmetics, cosmetic brushes, hand-wash and toothbrushes and etc.

Job Descriptions

Build relationship with customers and understand the needs and requirement

Develop effective sourcing strategy and build strong vendor network to support business growth

Manage Product Development process to ensure products can meet customer quality and budget requirements.

Responsible for daily merchandising activities from sample arrangement, price negotiation, order follow up, production control and quality assurance.

Work closely with cross functional teams

Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process or escalate in a timely manner to seek help;

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Be Proactive and positive to learn more and take more responsibility.

Requirements

1. College's degree or above；

2. A minimum of 5 years merchandising experience in Beauty products, familiar with Beauty safety & regulation. Solid experience in the US market, preferably with Trading / Buying Office Background.

3. Have product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process；

4. Workable written and oral English, literate in Microsoft office programs；

5. Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.

6. Solid experience in order follow up with oversea clients and factories.

7. Have clear-minded to handle multi-tasks and project details.
