职位描述
Main Mission:
Industrialize new products and new technology into production. Ensure close working interface as business partner between plant and R&D. Provide technical support by triggering the necessary industrialization activities and business improvement measures. Oversee introduction, development and maintenance of specifications.
> Strategic Planning
Assess plant readiness based on future R&D requirements in terms of invest and capacity
Drive process to translate R&D requirements into tangible impacts on the plant ( in terms of invest, capacity, capability)
> R&D Partner
Build up a thorough understanding of R&D processes within the plant organization
Promote new technologies tire sizes and products within the plant
Act as main technical interface to R&D and keep open and honest communication between R&D and the plant
> Value leadership program
Initiate Value Leadership measures to improve the direct material and process costs according to plant objectives
> Product
Supports planning & manufacturing of experimental Tire Order, is respsonsbile for on time delivery and reports
Ensure SOP of new products and technologies according to R&D requirements and plant objectives
Lead structured problem solving tasks/projects for industrialization challenges in the plant
Execute industrialization activities of new and experimental materials, products and processes in close cooperation with R&D.
Offer technical alternatives which are optimized for process capabilities, cost, minimized rework and comply with the established Release Notice Procedure, Cured Tire Dimensions, and QMD Standards
Ensure that internal KPIs are met on a consistent basis and initiate structured problem solving tasks in case of deviations
> 4-4-1 concept and Business team
Drive the 4-4-1 concept within the plant
Provide technical support to production on performance relevant constructional / tyre engineering issues by using appropriate Problem solving methods
Promote teamwork and efficient distribution of tasks within the 4-4-1 and business team concept within the plant organization
> Projects
Supervises and manages projects related to industrialization and continuous improvement
Working with project management structure in the plant for successfull implementation within a given time line
Job requirements:
> Education
Technical University degree (min. engineering degree); advanced english (with willingness to get to fluency)
> Intercultural/International Experience
Has demonstrated intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior. Has worked and lived abroad / in another culture (recommended) Is willing to travel internationally
