QC Inspector

1、Undertake the independent Quality inspection role to deliver inspection and progress expediting services.

2、Confirm whether the EPC contractor and their sub-contractors comply with the required local and international standards, and best practices.

verify that the EPC Contractor is fulfilling their responsibility for quality through independent inspection and testing.

3、Collaborate with client to make sure that the correct Quality Assurance procedures and requirements are set out in the EPC Contract that provides for comprehensive monitoring inspection, testing and sign-off of key components. Focus will be on the deliverables and key witness and hold points as specified in the project contract and the delivery plan, to ensure the Contractor will meet project specifications and contractual requirements.

4、Proactive inspection will be undertaken to ensure issues are identified as early as possible during fabrication, and rectification or replacement activities will be pursued to have issues addressed. The intention is that all major equipment is formally released for delivery to site by the inspection team, in accordance with the requirements of the EPC Contract.

5、Requirement for the inspectors. experienced in inspection of power plane equipment, in particular boiler (锅炉) and turbine-generator (汽轮发电机). We need people with an electrical engineering degree, and power generation equipment inspection and expediting experience. Of course it would be perfect if they also have power generation design experience.
