采购寻源工程师 Procurement Specialist

1. 依据公司业务所需进行物料寻源询价、开发；

Conduct material sourcing and inquiry according to the company's business requirements.

2. 负责新供应商前期开发导入及现有供应商管理，包括供应商定位、筛选、评审、商务条件谈判、合同协议签订、供应商建档及管理；

Responsible for the initial selection of the new suppliers and the management of the existing suppliers, including the supplier positioning, selection, evaluation, negotiation, management of the contracts, and other supply profiles;

3. 跟踪协助新供应商或新物料的送样及承认，落实最终的导入结果；

Follow up on the *** sample process;

4. 负责公司的品类物料日常维护及下单交付；

Support on the materials’ daily maintenance and delivery;

5. 周期性调研、考察各品类供应市场情况，并编制相关市场调研报告；

Periodically investigate the supply market of various categories, and compile relevant market research reports;

6. 完成采购经理交办的其他工作事项。

Other tasks are arranged by Purchasing Manager.

任职资格 Knowledge & Skills Required:

1. 本科或以上学历，理工科相关专业；

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in science and engineering;

2. 熟悉铝合金建材五金件的市场和供应商；

Familiar with the market and suppliers of aluminium building materials and hardware;

3. 熟悉供应商的审核流程及合同管理；

Familiar with the supplier audit process and contract management;

4. 熟悉电脑操作，能够熟练运Word /Excel /PPT等办公自动化软件；

Familiar with computer operation, skilled in Word /Excel /PPT and other office automation software;

5. 有一定的英语能力，大学英语6级或同等水平；会德语优先。

Good at English, CET 6 or equivalent level; Command of German is a plus.
