1、建立审核&评估流程，制订适用于企业的审核标准

Set up auditing & assessment process in Tier 0-2, work out applicable auditing standard

2、管控及协调供应链执行集团可持续性发展目标

Control and coordinate the group sustainability strategy is implemented in supply chain

3、根据欧盟的基础要求及组织内部需要编写企业社会责任合规手册

Compile Luhta’s social compliance manual according to the fundamental requirements from EU as well as internal needs from the organization

4、调查并处理涉嫌违规违纪的行为。与利益相关者合作实施并监督问题解决及预防的改善行动计划。

Investigate and resolve alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Collaborate with the stakeholders in implementing and overseeing corrective action plans that will lead to issue resolution and prevention.

5、为供应商资源部门引入新厂商提供支持。

Support the Sourcing team to the new supplier/factory on boarding.

6、在供应商及厂商符合各类法规及行为准则要求方面给予监管、建议及培训。

Control, advise and train suppliers and factories in fulfilling their various legal and code of conduct compliance requirements.

7、维护及更新供应商/厂商数据。负责供应商/厂商日常可持续项目总结果及培训。

Maintain and update supplier/factory data base. Responsible for routine supplier/factory sustainability performance summary and training.

8、支持可持续发展专员收集并协调内部合规/ESG数据。

Support collecting and coordinating internal compliance/ESG data with the sustainability specialists

9、为供应商/厂商提供企业相关的行为准则及法规要求（社会和环境方面）培训。

Deliver training to supplier/factory relate to Company's code of conduct and legal requirement (social and environmental aspects)

10、Amfori平台，EcoVadis或其他ESG管理系统的关键使用者。

Key user for Amfori platform, EcoVadis or other ESG management systems.

11、更新供应商/厂商信息以确保信息的准确性。

Update the supplier/factory information to Procurement Director to ensure the information accuracy.

12、跟踪供应商/厂商行为准则状态。

(所有供应商须签署行为准则）

Follow the supplier/factory CoC status (all suppliers should sign the CoC)

Qualification:

1、本科及以上学历，社会学、国际关系、公共关系、环境科学，行政管理或相关专业。

Bachelor degree or above, major in sociology, international relations, public policy, environmental science, business administration or related field;

2、至少有SA8000审核证书或Amfori BSCI/BEPI合规审核证书，具Sedex SMETA审核证书更佳。

At least SA8000 auditor qualification, or Amfori BSCI/BEPI compliance audit certification; Preferred: Sedex SMETA audit qualification.

3、至少3-5年供应链社会责任审核或合规管理经验，熟悉服装/纺织/快消品生产供应商管理。

At least 3-5 years of supply chain social responsibility audit or compliance management experience, familiar with Apparel/textile/FMCG manufacturing supplier management;

4、对ILO核心公约、人权、现代奴役及国内的相关法规有全面的了解。

A thorough understanding of the ILO core Conventions, Human Rights (UNGPs), the Modern Slavery Act and relevant other legislation in China;

5、擅于将国际标准（如Amfori BSCI)及企业行为准则等翻译为当地可执行的框架，将落地目标分化给国内，东南亚或其他区域的供应商。

Be good at translating international standards (such as Amfori BSCI), company’s compliance manual etc. into localized execution frameworks, differentiated landing strategies for suppliers whose location is in China, Southeast Asia or other areas.

6、具跨部门沟通能力，问题解决能力及数据分析能力。

With the ability of cross-cultural communication, problem solving and data analysis.

7、英语流利，能撰写专业的合规报告。

Fluent in English, capable of writing professional compliance reports

8、能使用ERP系统追踪供应链数据

Skilled use of ERP system for supply chain data tracking;
