Business Analyst

2. Designing the system functional solution. Prepare product requirement documentation and product protype；

3. Working as a bridge between business parties and development team;

4. Work with business parties to collect and confirm detailed requirements.

5. Work with project manager to control and follow-up user requirement changes;

6. Work with developers and testers to complete product functionalities as planned with high quality;

7. Conduct system demonstration while needed;

8. Conduct user training while needed;

9. To be sensitive to data, it is necessary to sort out, summarize and analyze key data and information.Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above2. Minimum 3 years IT working experience as business analyst or product manager;

3. Solid fundamental knowledges for computer and information technology;

4. Conceptual awareness on industry/business domain, relevant IT functional products and application, etc.;

5. Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business , end users and technical teams;

6. With experience of project process management; Strong understanding of the Agile/SCRUM methodological development process mode;

7. Pay close attention to detail follow-up and organizational ability;

8. Strong analytical ability, logical ability and problem solving ability;

9. Strong written and oral English communication skills, strong presentation ability is preferred;
