Sales & Operation Planning Manager

1.Set up S&OP process with both Sales and Operation teams for China standard insert business, monitor demand/production fluctuation rate with proactive action plan to secure on-time delivery.

2.Responsible for inventory control of standard insert business, using flexible Planning strategies (MTS, MTO) and a healthy inventory structure (ABC/XYZ) to support various demand from sales and achieve DOH targets.

3.Lead the monthly S&OP meetings to get alignment with Sales and Operation teams balancing the coming demand and production capacity.

4.Secure standard inserts stock level kept at the right level to meet both SLA to customers and the NWC and efficiency targets.

5.Participate in product transfer projects and work with PMO/Workstream leaders to secure NPI targets.

6.Evaluate and discuss capacity bottleneck with Production Units based on medium to long-term forecasts, coordinating capacity investment plans with operation team to provide solutions for business decisions.

7.Responsible for supply chain process and information management systems improvement/upgrade for China insert business.

8.Coordinating with other SMS Production Units or Distribution Centers to realize synergies through collaboration.

9. Training to team members and other partners with S&OP guidelines, rules and processes to ensure a smooth day-to-day SCM operation.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES：

1. Good overall understand of SCM, Good experience regarding different delivery models, i.e. ETO, MTO, MTS, especially with MTS

2. Ability to influence and implement change process

3. Strong Project Management Skills

4. Excellent Oral and written communication skills in English

EXPERIENCE

1. Good knowledge in SCM and PMC area, especially for MTS model

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience at a similar management position

3. Familiar with mechanical manufacturer industry, experience in machining tools industry is a plus

3. Experience in Lean is a plus

4.Good knowledge/experience with modern ERP and MES systems, SAP or Kingdee is a plus

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistics or Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent combination of education and experiences.
