As the only one Geared Motor factory with Product Management and R&D outside Germany, we are developing new products and promoting them for Chinese market.
For our Research and Development team, we are looking for a02(Senior) Engineer for Inverter application development, working location could be Tianjin/Beijing/Shanghai/Jiangsu/Guangdong, we are responsible for product lifecycle and application development for different filed. It is our goal to create competitive and innovative products to answer customers’ demand. Our products - Geared Motor is one of the most important electromechanical products which drives machine and conveyor in many different industries.
The role.
1. Take part in project for new product portfolio for decentralized drives / mechatronics, like inverter/frequency converter integrated motors.
2. Define requirements specification for decentralized drives together with Product management department.
3. Solve motor inverter/frequency converter on-site application issues, like commissioning, trouble shooting.
4. Design to cost /product care activity after new product released.
5. Technical Support other function Headquarters, Center of Competence, Customer Services, Assembly shopfloor, etc.
6. Other tasks assigned by R&D Manager.
Your profile.
1.02Bachelor or above with over 3 more years working experience; Electrical related majors.
2.02Good knowledge of inverter/frequency converter, not only technical focusing but product application as well. Frontier understanding of inverter/frequency converter.
3.02Experience about Decentralized drives development and commissioning experience is preferred.
4.02Familiar with inverter/frequency converter develop process and qualify process.
5.02New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management process experiences are preferred.
6.02Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill, learning ability and teamwork spirit.
7. Excellent English or German.
