61 Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to influence strategic decisions

61 Prepare detailed monthly finance reports and dashboards for senior leadership

61 Analyze variances between actual and planned results, delivering actionable insights

61 Create and maintain financial models to project revenues, expenses, and profitability

61 Support investment decisions through project evaluations, ROI analyses, and business case development

61 Run scenario modeling to identify risks and opportunities

61 Collaborate with operations and production teams to assess product costs and profitability

61 Lead cost-reduction initiatives and propose process enhancements

61 Provide financial expertise and guidance to business unit leaders

61 Serve as a trusted advisor to management on financial matters

61 Assist with other management-requested tasks and special financial projects as needed

任职要求

61 Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

61 CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications are a plus

61 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, modeling, and costing roles

61 Hands-on experience with cost management, budgeting, and forecasting

61 Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industries is a bonus

61 Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

61 Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle and financial planning tools

61 Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

61 Excellent communication and presentation abilities for simplifying complex financial data

61 High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
