61 Focus on engineering/maintenance work in assigned workshop as area

responsible personnel, to solve the failure with technicians when happened

61 Unscheduled down time analysis/report and carry out action plan, ensure

the downtime rate within the limit target set by department

61 Regular update the PM manual to enusre the stability of all the equipment

61 Participate and support new engineering projects or improvements

61 Join the Lean Program and CI projects in production line to enhance the

stability/efficiency

61 Site technical guide and skills training for technician

61 Join the multi-skill program and improve the maintenace skills according

to plan

61 Spare parts storage forecast and build up

61 Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager, and report the process

& result in time
