Portfolio Manager 营运经理

1. Offer input on Project Design to Projects Team for new Projects.

2. Discussing with prospects and agencies and commit renewal/new deals; suggest comm. terms for AD to approve.

3. Prepare LOI/Offer/TA.

4. Monitor arrears and take necessary actions.

5. Deal with tenant enquiries, requests and complaints.

6. Regular meeting with market agencies to explore new prospects.

7. Supervise fit out and work with TECH Dept.

8. Work with TECH and PMT on property mgt, incl. safety and regular maintenance.

9. Deal with insurance company.

10. Assist AD on budget and forecast.

11. Collect monthly sales figure.

12. Work with MKT on marketing and promotional events.

13. Manage and train junior staff.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

1. BA degree or above.

2. Surveyor certificate preferred.

3. Fluent in both English and Chinese, both written and oral.

4. Good in negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and with customer service mind set.

5. 6-8yr leasing and mgt experience, int’t tenant network preferred.

6. Familiar with Windows, Word, Excel, ppt.
