Objective of Job
61 Ensure the availability of production-supporting test equipment/systems/ESD assembly station EAP board/system in coordination with supervisors.
Principle Activities
61 Cooperate in the introduction of new technologies in production plants
61 Offer/provide technical support with respect to equipment/test equipment/test systems
61 Participate in the identification and elaboration of optimization proposals as well as implementation of derived measures
61 Implement basic training on selected technologies with respect to equipment/test equipment/test Systems
61 Process complaints within the plant; in coordination with supervisors
61 Create and forward reports to the corresponding areas according to prescribed processes (e.g.from the area of equipment technology etc.)
61 Implement, document and coordinate maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment/test systems
61 Install and adjust the test adapters in test equipment; mount test adapters
61 Assemble equipment/test systems in concert with customer requirements and specifications (e.g.equipment technology specifications, etc.)
61 Start-up equipment/test equipment/test systems
61 Analyze and solve complex problems/errors in selected technologies of equipment/test equipment/test Systems
61 Ensure information flows within the involved specialist departments and to supervisors
Job and Work Requirements
61 College degree or above, mechanical manufacturing background
61 5+ years experience in Industrial engineering
61 3+ years of electronics parts testing engineering experience
61 Electronic test theory and technical process for electronics parts
61 English skills
