职位描述
Responsibility/职责:
1. Familiar with the process of Order.
需要熟悉公司订单处理流程
2. Know about of the feature and lead time of the product
了解公司产品的配置和交期信息
3. Know about of trade clause and know how to communicate some exceptions
了解简单的贸易条款和如何沟通此类异常
4. Change and Input the PO information into ERP System
根据客户的PO信息转换成内部信息下达订单
5. Arrange the contract review if the lead time can’t meet customer’s demands, push the delivery date
产品标准交期外的配置安排评审和跟踪交期
6. Know the special of the manufacturing process ( raw material, product, etc)
知道每一个产品在制造过程中特殊性(物料,生产)
7.Familiar wither the order changing process and have a right decision and result
熟悉订单变更流程,针对不同的订单变更做出正确的处理跨部门的协调
8. During the Contract review process and order changing process ,Should coordinate with other departments
9. Provide the delivery order to logistics
提供每天的订单发运计划信息给物流
10. Analysis about some Sales Data
数据分析各个产品的月销售数据
Requirement要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. Above two years work experience in order management and manufacturing
两年以上制造业工作订单处理相关工作经验
3. Good ability of communication and solving problems, Good skill in computer and Excel function and PivotTable, good English skill in reading and writing
良好的沟通协调能力;具有解决问题的能力,计算机熟练运用/Excel 函数,数据透视表等,良好的英语读写能力
4. Earthiness and carefulness, well under pressure and communication
认真踏实,良好的抗压能力,沟通能力
