61be responsible for the power discrete device development/ transfer in a foundry site throughout the whole development cycle

61push for fast learning cycles

61define the verification methodology and execute device characterization and data analysis

61drive improvement of the process integration scheme and of critical process steps to gain device performance, reduce manufacturing costs and achieve the required device reliability

61act as the interface between Infineon and our foundry partners

61closely cooperate with all functions of the development team

61have an ecosystem of experts around you that share knowledge and will place trust in you

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

61A degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related fields

61About +8 years of working experience in the field of semiconductor device physics, semiconductor manufacturing processes, process integration

61R&D experience with discrete power semiconductors

61Business fluent English is mandatory – Mandarin and German is a plus

61Very good communication skills across different management levels, team disciplines and geographical locations
