2.负责搭建教师培训体系及评估效果（新老师培训及教师再培训）、监控日常教学质量；

3.负责教研工作的组织并督促各级别保质保量完成任务；

4.全面负责教学部的日常管理工作,制定部门工作计划，并有效推行；

5. 对教学活动进行指导和监督，包括但不限于教学服务监督、教学质量监督、教学效果外化及教师管理；

6.定期组织召开中心教学会议，进行问题分析及讨论，确保问题迅速有效的解决；

任职要求

1. 8年以上教学经验和8年以上A-level / 美高方向教学与管理经验，具备良好的沟通及团队管理能力；

2. 具有优秀的教学与教研能力；

3. 对市场、教学任务板块有独到的经验或见解。

4. 热爱教育培训行业，具有较强的沟通亲和力和沟通领悟能力，抗压能力强，工作原则性和执行力强，有良好的应变能力

5.该岗位对英语有要求，需要英语能作为工作语言，

6.有双语学校或国际学校工作经验佳

1. Responsible for the strategic layout of the overall teaching;

2. Responsible for building the teacher training system and evaluating the effect (new teacher training and teacher retraining), and monitoring the quality of daily teaching;

3. Responsible for the organization of teaching and research work and supervise all levels to complete tasks with quality and quantity;

4. Fully take charge of the daily management of the teaching department, formulate departmental work plans, and implement them effectively;

5. To guide and supervise teaching activities, including but not limited to teaching service supervision, teaching quality supervision, externalization of teaching effects and teacher management;

6. Regularly organize and hold teaching meetings to analyze and discuss problems to ensure that problems are resolved quickly and effectively;

job requirements

1. More than 8 years of teaching experience and more than 8 years of teaching and management experience in A-level / US high school, with good communication and team management skills;

2. Have excellent teaching and research skills;

3. Have unique experience or insights on the market and teaching.

4. Love the education and training industry, have strong communication affinity and communication comprehension ability, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong working principle and execution ability, and good adaptability

5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

6. Working experience in a bilingual school or an international school is good
