职位描述
Establish a systematic prevention and management mechanism, implement safety management, and eliminate various accidents, environmental and occupational hazards.To ensure the facility security，includes aspects of operational security , employee responsibilities, physical security and logistics security
建立系统化的预防管理机制，实施安全管理，消除各种事故、环境和职业病隐患；确保工厂安全，包括操作安全、员工责任、实物安全和物流安全等方面。
1. Monitor and interpret governmental and EHS regulations and codes to ensure site compliance with the stricter of the two requirements.
监督和解释政府和EHS法规和规范，以确保现场遵守这两个要求的严格。
2.To communicate EHS programs and Policies to all associates including management
与所有员工，包括管理层沟通EHS项目和政策
3.To conduct evaluations of EHS related risk at the site level, identify specific issues and facilitate actions that address those issues

4.Perform EHS reviews including prevention for equipment design, layout, equipment installation and any other project requiring EHS involvement

5.To ensure chemicals, including hazardous materials, are properly stored, handled and disposed

9.Regularly conduct risk identification and hidden danger investigation in the factory, responsible for the investigation and reporting of safety accidents in the factory.

10. Organize and implement plans for all types of emergency drills in plant.
组织制订工厂各类型应急演练计划并实施。
11. Assist in EHS management system review update and date maintenance.
协助EHS管理体系评审及资料更新维护。
12. Responsible for approval of hazardous work
permits and on-site construction safety supervision within the plant.
负责工厂内危险作业许可证审批及现场施工安全监督。
13. Organize regular safety meetings.
定期组织召开安全例会

职位要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Environment, Safety, or Chemical engineering related
本科以上学历，环境、安全或化工相关专业
2.Good at Office
熟练使用办公软件
3. Ability to written English.
书面英语正常
4.5+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies.
5年以上制造型外企工作经验
5. Have knowledge of a ISO14001 and ISO45001
