As a leading global provider of comprehensive cab-related system solutions for the commercial vehicle industry, including heavy-duty trucks, construction and agriculture sectors, as well as specialized and military transportation, our group designs and manufactures suspension seat systems, interior trim systems, cab structures and components, mirrors, wiper systems, electronic wiring harness assemblies, and controls and switches for the global commercial vehicle market. Our headquarters are based in New Albany, Ohio, listed on the NASDAQ (CVGI) since August 2004.
