**项目概述**
叁伍壹壹 TFEP 通过活化设计和更新再造工业遗产建筑，构建了一个以社区服务为核心，融合生活配套、文化体验的复合型社区商业中心。其业态涵盖了生鲜超市、生活零售、餐饮、咖啡、烘焙、花卉、亲子、书店、展览馆、杂货、周末创意集市以及各类创新产业。旨在打造一个亲民、利民、便民的具有独特文创基因，且融入全新消费理念的文艺型、场景沉浸式、社区商业新物种。
自2021年起，项目分阶段对外开放，其中C区的“生活美学研究大院”于当年1月正式开业，而B区的“美好生活体验工厂”则在同年6月揭幕。
