Shanghai Polar Bear Stationery Adhesive Tape Co. Ltd (formerly known as Taiwan Uee Zee Enterprise Co. Ltd) was established in 1978. Our company developed and produced the first double-sided foam tape and floral tape in Taiwan. Over more than two decades of continuous equipment upgrades, technological advancements, expansion of production capacity, and research and development, we have grown into a professional manufacturer of various types of tapes, including stationery, packaging, industrial, protective, electrical, double-sided, and other special adhesive products. We have branch factories and representative offices in Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other regions.

Our company enjoys a good reputation in the industrial and stationery retail and wholesale markets, with our products sold worldwide. In 1990 and 1991, our double-sided tape and insulation tape received UL product quality certification from the United States. Our glue sticks obtained the ACMI’s A.P certification from the United States, and other products have passed the ISO9002 international standard certification.
