现有两座厂房，总面积达5000平方米，配置了60名员工，其中包括8名管理人员。
项目总投资额为3500万元。第一期工程已经完成，包括一条进口全自动氧化生产线和一条国产全自动氧化生产线的建设。第二期规划中，将增设一条国产全自动氧化生产线与一条油漆喷涂生产线。值得注意的是，刹车盘UV喷涂生产线已经在青岛幸立完成了施工建设。
工厂具备同时进行常温硬质氧化和低温硬质氧化的生产能力。我们拥有完善的环保设施，确保三废处理符合国家环保排放标准。
我们的设备包括膜层测厚仪、粗糙度仪、盐雾试验机、显微硬度仪以及各种检具，形成了一套完整的检测体系。
计划在2017年10月，通过莱茵TüV组织的TS 16949:2009质量管理体系及ISO 14001:2004环境管理体系认证，以提升我们的管理体系水平。
