RS Logistics Limited, formerly known as Rising Sun Logistics Company Limited, is a customer-oriented and rapidly growing logistics company. We originated from Hong Kong and were established in July 2003. At the beginning, our main business was related to US sea freight forwarding. In 2004, the average monthly cargo volume handled by RS Logistics from main ports in China (including Hong Kong) and Southeast Asia to the US was 1,500-2,000 TEU.

In mid-2004, we focused on investing in human resources and information technology to support the company's future development and global needs. At the same time, we began to diversify our business, including air freight, consolidated and LCL shipments, warehousing, road transport, insurance, and customs clearance. We also started to develop non-US shipping businesses, covering Central and South America, the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, India and Pakistan, and the Asia-Pacific region.

In mid-2005, the Shenzhen office successfully obtained a first-class freight forwarding license issued by the state, named Shenzhen Rising Sun Da International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. At the same time, we also started to invest in an online system for customers to provide relevant shipping information, including online booking, flight information for various routes, and online tracking of customer shipping data. We believe that in today's market with increasing demand, freight rates are no longer the only decisive factor, so it is essential to be well-equipped to provide the highest quality service to our customers.
