MINTH Group Ltd was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 1, 2005, under stock code 0425.
Operating as a key player in the Chinese market for exterior automotive components, the group specializes in designing, manufacturing, and selling trim, body structure pieces, and decorative items for passenger vehicles across China, North America, and Thailand. Their products are further exported to global destinations, encompassing Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
Ever since its inception, MINTH has established its manufacturing units across major cities in East, South, North, Central, and Southwest China, catering to the needs of prominent Chinese automakers. On a global scale, it has expanded its reach through the creation of sales, project management, and research and development networks in significant automotive markets like Tokyo and Detroit. This strategic move has facilitated the group's continuous export expansion into North America, Europe, Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Furthermore, the company has shown a keen focus on developing its presence in emerging markets. In January 2008, a joint venture, MINTH-AAPICO (Thailand) Co., Ltd, was founded in Thailand by MINTH and AAPICO Hitech Public Company, while MINTH Mexico was established in Mexico in October 2009. These actions marked the beginning of MINTH's global production network expansion into emerging markets.
