Cosma Xingqiaorui Automobile (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd is a joint venture between Magna Cosma International Inc. and Cosma Xingqiao Automobile (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. Established on June 24, 2013, it specializes in the development, production, and sale of automotive parts with a land area of 60 mu.

Cosma XQR is a designated automotive parts supplier for the Hangzhou branch of Changan Ford, as well as having projects with Volvo and Geely. The company has invested in automated stamping lines, transfer dies, progressive dies, laser welding, robotic spot welding, robotic arc welding, robotic sealing, robotic riveting, and other specialized production equipment. The company plans to build in two phases: production capacity will reach 250,000 car parts when the first phase is completed; after the second phase is completed, production capacity will reach 500,000 car parts.
