Apparel Group is home to iconic Australian fashion brands Sportscraft, SABA, Willow, and JAG. The company also operates a private label division that provides design and manufacturing services for numerous leading Australian retailers. Established in the early 1950s, Apparel Group opened an office in Shanghai in 1998 to better manage its expanding import business, aiming to source and supply high-quality, fashionable products using local market knowledge and expertise.

More recently, Apparel Group has expanded into developing independent brands. Between 2000 and 2006, the company acquired the Sportscraft and SABA brands as part of a diversification strategy into branded products. Today, Apparel Group employs over 900 people.
