The company has a manufacturing and assembly factory in Fuyong, and a research and development office in Nanshan, Shekou. Salary and benefits: 1. Working hours are 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Overtime pay is calculated according to labor laws. All frontline staff and skilled workers implement QR bonus and performance bonus policies, with income levels far higher than the market level. 2. Wages are paid on the 15th of each month. Social insurance and housing fund are purchased according to labor laws upon entry. 3. The company provides high-standard, clean and safe dormitory conditions (2-6 people per room, new air conditioners or fans, with hot water heaters and water dispensers). 4. Enjoy legal holidays prescribed by national laws and regulations, as well as marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, and work-related injury leave. Employees who have worked for more than one year enjoy 10 days of annual leave. 5. The company regularly arranges travel activities. 6.
