一、工作原则

二、招聘条件
应聘人员应当符合以下条件：

三、招聘程序
（一）报名方式

（二）资格审查
根据应聘者提供的报名材料，按照应聘条件进行资格审查，结合工作业绩（实习经历）对应聘人员进行综合审查。应聘者须对所提供资料的真实性负责，若有弄虚作假，一经查实，即取消聘用资格，已经聘用的予以解聘。
（三）面试
资格审查通过人员将统一面试，面试时间、地点另行通知，参加面试时须携带本人报名材料所提供证件的原件，以便进行核实。面试主要测试应聘人员在专业知识、沟通能力、综合素质等方面的能力。
四、确定拟聘用人员
面试结束后，根据面试情况、背调情况和体检证明确定拟聘任人员名单。
五、聘用
根据法律、法规及公司有关规定办理聘用手续。
