In the realm of precision machining, Feida Precision invests significantly in both research and development and technology upgrades each year, successfully introducing a range of products including automotive ABS eccentric shafts, wiper output shafts, worms, throttle shafts, seat motor shafts, armatures for ABS solenoid valves, electric vehicle motors, transmission parts, servo motor shafts, and transmission screw rods. These products find extensive application in sectors like automotive, industrial, household appliances, office automation, power tools, mechanical instruments, aerospace, and other precision industries.

Within the field of vehicle electromagnetic valves, the company holds mastery over advanced R&D and manufacturing technologies, providing specialized electronic control system support and product customization services to clients. They excel in developing and manufacturing high-speed switching electromagnetic valves (PWM valves), proportional electromagnetic valves (VFS, VBS, etc.), and valve plate modules. These are widely utilized in areas such as automatic transmission systems in automobiles, VVT systems in engines, ABS/ESP systems, and construction machinery.

Feida Precision is dedicated to continuous improvement through hardware enhancements, having imported state-of-the-art equipment from Germany, Japan, Switzerland, and other countries, including Tsugami, STAR, Nissin, Koyo, Tornos, and precision testing devices from ZEISS, MAHR, JOMESA, Accretech, and Mitutoyo. The company collaborates with numerous higher education institutions to continually address technical challenges, refine manufacturing processes, and boost product competitiveness. In 2009, it was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and has secured over 20 patents, encompassing both national invention and utility model patents.

In terms of software investments, Feida Precision has achieved certifications for international management systems such as IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. It employs methodologies like ERP, CQI-9, and CQI-11 for management, ensuring robust system support for product quality stability. Currently, the company operates two manufacturing sites, spanning over 70,000 square meters in total area.
