贝特瑞作为行业内的领军者,其在新能源材料的研发与制造方面具有显著的优势,锂离子电池负极材料的出货量已连续十年稳居全球首位。同时,贝特瑞是中国企业专利500强中的佼佼者,位居第三名。在2019年,贝特瑞参与制定了《锂离子电池石墨类负极材料 GB/T 24533-2019》国家标准,并于2022年荣获国家知识产权优势企业的称号。凭借其在全球负极材料制造领域的领先地位,贝特瑞于2022年成功入选了工信部国家级制造业单项冠军企业。
瑞鞍公司的锂离子电池高端负极材料一体化项目涵盖了从粉碎、造粒、包覆等前端工艺到碳化、筛分、除磁、包装等成品工序的完整流程,是贝特瑞体系内工艺最为全面、产能最大的专注于负极材料研发与制造的基地。该项目还建成了目前全国规模最大的负极材料成品线单体车间。全面引入了信息化与工业制造深度融合的生产模式,所有生产线均采用SCADA系统,通过人机终端实时显示控制单元状态,实现设备、产线、车间乃至全厂的自动化与质量绩效、能源监控的实时管理。
瑞鞍公司在2022年5月建立了新能源研究院,下设新材料开发中心、工艺技术开发中心、分析测试中心,现有员工50人,其中硕士7人,本科15人。研究院至今已获得2项发明专利、10项实用新型专利、3项软件著作权,并总投资4280万元,建设面积达2400平方米。研究院配备有拉曼光谱仪等研发设备100余台套,并拥有完整的负极材料中试生产线,研发设备投资总额为1416万元。2022年,瑞鞍新能源研究院被认定为雅安市级工程技术研究中心,并与四川轻化工大学合作建立了研究生实践基地。新材料开发中心主要聚焦于高能量密度快充石墨负极材料、长循环储能石墨负极材料、硅基负极材料等前沿研究领域;而工艺技术开发中心则致力于粉体颗粒整形技术、粉体材料高效分级技术、微粒子二次造粒技术、连续造粒工艺等关键技术的研发。这些研发成果广泛应用于新能源汽车、3C数码产品和储能等多个领域。
