该项目由青岛强力钢结构有限公司打造，作为其南方生产基地。青岛强力钢结构有限公司成立于2002年，主营输电线路铁塔、构支架、通信设备、建筑钢构件等产品研发、制造和销售，同时涉及金属表面防腐处理、电力及钢结构工程施工承包，服务电力、通信、建筑、新能源、轨道交通等领域。公司是国内1100kV特高压供应商之一，产品覆盖全国并出口至20多个国家和地区。
京山钢结构生产基地位于京山市永兴街道经济开发区金瑞物流园南，入库投资10亿元，占地481亩，分两期建设。一期建设281亩，包括10万平方米超大型生产车间、2.7万平方米试装车间、6万平方米生活服务区以及厂区道路和绿化带，主要生产输电塔、变电站架构、通信塔及各类金属结构制品，预计2025年2月投产，当年产值预计3-5亿元。
二期建设用地200亩，为强力钢结构有限公司拟上市企业的募投项目，用于京山生产基地扩大再生产。项目全部达产后，年生产15万吨钢结构，产值约11亿元，年上缴税金约3000万元。
