Through the establishment of Hubei Fenghua Special Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Hubei Fenghua Logistics Co., Ltd., and by managing two subsidiaries of major state-owned enterprises, Mr. Luo has expanded his business footprint. In 2019, he invested 150 million yuan in the creation of Hubei Rongke Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., situated on a site of 17,000 square meters, benefiting from its prime location along Huangshi Avenue, offering easy access. The company boasts five Yinliang production lines, four fine pipe processing lines, and multiple additional product lines.
