【工作平台】
- 使用公司提供电话和企业微信或抖音、淘宝、京东、天猫等电商平台
【工作具体内容】
- 热线客服：接听热线，解答客户疑问，处理客户投诉
- 在线客服：通过聊天工具与客户沟通，解决客户问题
- 外呼客服：外呼销售、电话回访、调查满意度等
- 电商客服：处理电商平台的客户咨询及订单处理
- 内容审核：负责网站内容的审核，确保内容的合规性
- 数据标注：对数据进行标注，以支持人工智能训练
【工作要求】
- 每天需按要求完成电话量、在线服务量、准确率的考核。
- 自备电脑和网络宽带，电脑操作系统必须为Windows 7及以上版本，网络带宽不低于100M
- 熟练掌握办公软件，如Excel、Word等
- 具备良好的电话沟通能力，普通话标准
- 工作认真负责，能够承受一定的工作压力
- 能够适应居家办公环境，具备良好的自我管理能力
【工作时间】
居家项目服务时间有多种：

1. 固定时间：服务时间为每周一至周五，早9点至晚6点，午休1小时。

2. 排班制：部分项目需要排班，每个班次默认8小时。

【项目酬金计算标准】

1. 项目酬金由基础保底酬金+绩效奖励两部分组成。根据项目难易程度和服务时间，基础酬金一般为每天100-120元。根据个人在团队中的绩效排名，每天会有0-30元奖励。

2. 所有居家项目为灵活用工制，非雇用制。任务酬金不扣税，同时也没有雇用制下的五险一金。
