岗位职责：1、及时准确接听和转接电话，必要时记录留言并及时传达；2、接待来访人员并迅速通知被访人；3、收发公司邮件、报刊、传真及物品，做好登记和转递工作；4、负责快递收发及机票、火车票的准确预订；5、维护前台区域环境，确保设备安全正常运行（包括复印机、空调及考勤机等）；6、协助员工进行复印、传真等工作；7、完成上级交办的其他任务。任职资格：1、女性，形象良好，气质佳，年龄18—35岁；2、具备较强的服务意识，熟练操作电脑办公软件。
