艾健科技园位于西湖科技经济园区A1地块，占地约4万多平方米。该项目分为三期进行，一期、二期工程建筑面积约3.9万多平方米，总投资额约5700多万元，分别于2007年8月和2010年12月完工。三期工程占地约1.3万平方米，预计总建筑面积约5万多平方米，投资额约8000万元，预计在两年内开工。一期和二期工程已吸引十多家高科技、环保型、高产值的研发型企业入驻，为园区创造了显著的经济效益。
艾健三期工程目前处于启动筹备阶段，计划于2022年下半年开始建设。
除艾健科技园项目外，公司管理层将寻求多处投资机会，建设更多优质的科技园区。
